Despite temperatures of -6, we have survived our first 10 days in Scotland. The children have coped remarkably well and have even ventured out to parks a few times!
Ou journey was incredibly stress free (that’s unlike us!) and despite the 12 hour layover in São Paulo, we were even able to make the most of it and visit a nearby zoo for free! And family waiting at Glasgow with jackets was the icing on the cake.
We had a busy final few weeks in Brazil with the graduation of our apprentices, Daniel preaching at church, watching the World Cup, a final trip to Morros (where the kids play in the river) clearing the house and a few farewells.
We have had a meeting with Niddrie Community Church since we have been in Scotland and visited a few schools. We will update everyone when we have more plans and decisions in place.
